Personal Fitness Training is a one-on-one training experience, which gives you the maximum care, comfort and support during and after workouts. Each workout session is planned and programmed uniquely for you.
A general workout contains of a warm-up, stretching exercises, followed by cardio training and strength building exercises and ends with cooling down exercises.
Along with personal fitness training, we provide group fitness training sessions in clubs and M.N.Cs. Our exercise programs include Calisthenics, Yoga, Aerobics, Cardio Kick-boxing, Pilates, Ball Exercises, Circuit Training, Weight Training, Vibration Training and Ballistic Exercise Program & Rehabilitation Exercises. We provide highly trained and experienced trainers in each of these fields.
